All events include full use of indoor / outdoor space, plus tables, chairs, coolers, speakers, plus other essentials.

You are responsible for any outside services including decoration, catering, live music, etc.

* Pricing may vary based on event type, size of party, holidays and other factors. 

* All events include a complimentary 30 min setup/breakdown time before and afterward. 

* A non-refundable retainer equal to half of your total event fee is due to reserve. 

* All events require a $150 refundable security deposit. This security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after your event barring any incidences or damages. 

* The Mill Street House provides the space and household items to help make your event successful. Any other services including catering, floral, music, etc are the responsibility of the event host.
